Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking an IAM Solutions Center Analyst for a leading enterprise client. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for Identity and Access Management support, handling a high volume of IAM-related requests while delivering exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing ticket queues, handling escalations, communicating with leadership, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to obtain approvals and resolve issues efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise IAM operations, process improvement initiatives, Power BI reporting, and support of various business applications, with strong potential for extension and long-term conversion.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage and resolve IAM-related tickets through the Solutions Center
- Utilize SharePoint-based ticketing systems to track and prioritize requests
- Handle escalations and expedite critical access-related issues
- Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and peer teams
- Create and maintain process documentation, SLPs, and knowledge resources
- Support internal customers with identity and access requests
- Coordinate with application owners and stakeholders to obtain approvals and sign-offs
- Escalate non-IAM issues to appropriate support teams
- Assist with support and troubleshooting of enterprise applications
- Review and analyze data and reporting tools, including Power BI when needed
Compensation:
$20/hr to $30/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. - Strong customer service and internal customer support experience
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably SharePoint-based
- Ability to manage escalations and expedite requests
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executives and peers
- Experience creating SOPs/SLPs, process documentation, and knowledge articles
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and obtain required approvals/sign-offs
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with enterprise applications and support processes
- Understanding of customer value and front-facing support responsibilities Experience using and supporting Power BI Knowledge of desktop support processes Experience supporting in-house/custom applications Broader IT support background outside of IAM
