What your future day will look like: Process and manage bi-weekly payroll for approximately 650 employees while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring employees have a smooth and professional transition experience. Administer employee leave processes, maintain documentation, and assist employees with leave-related questions and requirements. Maintain employee records and HRIS data, utilizing UKG and other systems to ensure information remains accurate and up to date. Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions related to payroll, HR policies, and employment-related processes. Partner with the HR Manager to support daily HR operations and deliver exceptional service across the organization.

Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar hands-on HR role Experience processing payroll for a mid-sized or large employee population UKG experience strongly preferred, particularly related to payroll and employee data management Experience with employee onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential and time-sensitive information accurately Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively We know you are more than a resume and understand your next career move needs to be the right fit!
