If so, continue reading to discover your chance to make a difference at DEW! Job Description The Lead Application Analyst will report to the Workforce Development Division in Columbia. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert and team lead, overseeing the coordination, performance, and development of business analysts supporting workforce programs. The role includes analysis, systems support (SCWOS), staff mentorship, reporting, and serving as a liaison between the team and senior management.
The Lead Application Analyst will:
- Provide daily guidance and coordination to workforce analysts. Facilitate meetings to review performance, resolve issues, and align goals. Track team workloads and project progress.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce programs and Service Desk operations. Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Serve as lead subject matter expert for SCWOS functionality and Service Desk operations. Provide advanced technical support and guidance to internal and external users. Stay updated on system enhancements and ensure team awareness.
- Provide analysis and support for workforce programs.
