An HR Associate provides essential support to employees by addressing inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll. They play a key role in onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, as the HR Associate represents McLeod's values and standards in every interaction. Additionally, they collaborate with HR team members to improve processes and enhance the overall employee experience, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Ensure compliance with McLeod policies and legal regulations. Collaborate with HR team members to improve HR processes. Enhance the overall employee experience by fostering a positive workplace culture. Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in an HR role.
