Support the HR team with new hire day-one onboarding activities, including ensuring proper completion of I-9s and new hire paperwork. Assist with quality checks to ensure proper storage of employee documents in the correct systems. Support with general employee file maintenance. Assist the HR team with recruiting coordination, including candidate outreach and interview scheduling. Serve as a point of contact for employment verification calls, providing timely and professional support. Act as a key user for function related administration systems, and liaise with IT or functional Information Management, if required. Your Qualifications High school diploma and currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field. Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle telephone calls, emails, and in-person requests in a professional manner. Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft applications and tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Prior SAP experience is appreciated.
