We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and service-focused HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting HR operations through workforce analytics, benefits administration, payroll support, HRIS administration, compliance reporting, and continuous process improvement. The HR Analyst serves as a key resource for employees, managers, and leadership by ensuring accurate employee data, efficient payroll and benefits administration, and meaningful reporting that drives business decisions. • Analyze workforce metrics, turnover, absenteeism, retention, and headcount trends . Create and maintain HR dashboards and KPI reporting. Support compensation analysis and salary benchmarking initiatives. Maintain data integrity within the HRIS and reporting systems. Prepare workforce analytics and executive-level reporting. Other duties assigned by management Benefits Administration Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries. Coordinate annual open enrollment processes and benefit communication campaigns. Process benefits enrollments, status changes, terminations, and qualifying life events. Partner with benefits brokers and vendors to resolve eligibility and claims issues. Monitor benefit invoices and reconcile carrier billing. Assist with benefits compliance requirements including ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA reporting. Analyze benefits utilization and recommend process improvements. Other duties assigned by management Payroll Administration Assist in the administration and auditing of payroll processes. Review payroll reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Maintain employee wage, deduction, tax, and direct deposit information within HRIS systems. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Coordinate payroll-related activities including bonuses, merit increases, shift differentials, and retroactive pay adjustments. Partner with Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing and reporting. Support year-end activities including W-2 processing and payroll audits. Assist with payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers. Other duties assigned by management HRIS & Process Improvement Serve as an HRIS (Dayforce) power user and support system enhancements. Develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards. Participate in HR system implementations, testing, upgrades, and integrations. Recommend efficiencies to improve HR and payroll processes. Other duties assigned by management Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, Benefits Administration, Payroll Administration, or HR Operations. Experience with Dayforce HRIS and Payroll strongly preferred. Working knowledge of payroll regulations and multi-state payroll processing. Strong understanding of employee benefits administration and compliance requirements. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and dashboard creation.
