Job Description
Join our team in Jonesville, SC as a Talent/HR Analyst! In this role, you'll partner with our HR Manager to develop and implement programs that support our workforce and business objectives. You'll use data-driven insights to identify trends, solve challenges, and recommend process improvements across HR and the broader organization. If you enjoy blending analytics, strategic thinking, and employee-focused solutions, we'd love to hear from you! The expected annual salary range for this role is $69000 - $101000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. ## What you'll do:
- Support hiring plans of salaried and hourly employees
- Coordinate recruitment efforts with Eaton Talent Acquisition team
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding
- Monitor employment for contingent personnel through partnership with Randstad, as needed.
- Lead outreach efforts by promoting and maintaining relationships with civic and educational institutions.
- Assist in the development of the Affirmative Action Plan and related reports/documentation.
- Provide proactive support in establishing a progressive human resources climate that enhances continuous improvement, positive communications, and a teaming environment
- Model and communicate Eaton's Values & Work Practices ##
Qualifications:
Required (Basic)Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 year of Human Resources experience, including internships
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with recruiting

Preferred Qualifications:
- Special knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations, and procedures as they relate to recruitment, terminations, AAP/EEO, FLSA, unemployment, Workers' Compensation, etc
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or related role
- Experience with large ramp up of business in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment #LI-LS3 All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
