HR Management Spartanburg, SC 11.08.2026 Associate Relations Intern (Spring 2027) A good student experience is never hands-off. Description :
The Associate Relations Intern will gain a better understanding of the Associate Relations function within the organization (i.e. Associate engagement). The intern will develop/enhance project management skills, receive an introduction to the knowledge, skills and abilities required in a Human Resources role, and gain real life experience and exposure into the BMW culture and the manufacturing industry. The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions: Support Associate Relations processes (Associate morale and engagement sensing, performance management process, guidelines and policies). Support Associate appeal and termination process. Support multiple HR projects. Create Associate Relations dashboards. Process improvement activities. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Management. Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Effective communication skills. Time management skills. Organizational skills. Advanced PowerPoint skills. Advanced Excel skills. Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major). Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States. Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application. Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week). Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
