is looking for an Employee Onboarding & Transportation Specialist to help new team members successfully transition into their roles, housing, and local communities. In this role, you'll: ? Welcome and support new hires during onboarding ? Coordinate transportation to orientations, appointments, and work locations ? Assist with housing and move-in logistics ? Help employees navigate banking, Social Security, grocery shopping, and other essential services ?Serve as a trusted connection between employees, HR, and farm leadership We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and passionate about helping others succeed. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly preferred, along with a valid driver's license and a commitment to providing excellent support.
