Human Resources Generalist

What You'll Do:

Support day-to-day HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and documentation Lead and maintain safety programs including safety training, audits, and site visits to ensure compliance and best practices Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action plans Assist with policy development, process improvements, and HR initiatives Maintain accurate records related to HR and safety compliance Travel 10-15% of the time to support field operations and job sites

What You'll Need:

Experience in Human Resources within a manufacturing or industrial environment Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work both in-office and in the field Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly Exceptional core values
