Recruitment & Hiring Design and execute recruitment strategies; write/update compliant job descriptions and postingsSource candidates through professional networks, schools, agencies, and job fairsScreen, evaluate, and interview candidates with hiring managersManage pre-employment checks (references, background, driving records, drug screens)Coordinate onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientationsKeep candidates, hiring managers, and HR Manager informed throughout the process HR Operations & Compliance Ensure hiring and employment processes comply with company, state, and federal regulationsMaintain affirmative action and EEO reportingPrepare and maintain HR reports and recordsAssist with bi-weekly payroll and benefits administrationSupport workers' compensation program and recordkeeping Employee Relations & Support Assist HR Manager with employee relations issues, investigations, and special projectsSupport Sr. HR Generalist on payroll, benefits, and compliance tasksServe as HR point-of-contact for all employeesCoordinate company-wide activities (meetings, training, holiday events) General Provide strong internal/external customer servicePerform other duties and special projects as assigned
