Full-time/In-person Schedule:

This position will report to the Vice President of Human Resource, and the Program Manager of the Memphis, TN office. Here are some of the areas this position will support: Will handle communicating to employees any changes to HR documents such as the employee handbook. Provide recruiting support with job postings and maintenance of the applicant tracking system. Guides management on all employee related matters and utilizes the Veritas HHS Progressive Discipline Process. Ensures that every employee performance discussion is documented and reviewed by the VP of HR for Veritas HHS. Will be the point of contact for all people related matters. Processing new hires within the guidelines which includes the onboarding process as well as the electronic employee file maintenance. Process terminations within the guidelines upon notification from the supervisor. Will create and facilitate the hiring process from presenting candidates, interviews, selection, and onboarding. In conjunction with the VP of HR for Veritas HHS, approve the filling of all open positions.Requirements:
Four-year Degree in Human Resource, or related field Preferred. A minimum of two-years' experience in an HR Administrator or Administrative Support position. Experience with Microsoft Office products and operating a personal computer. Highly skilled communicator. Highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize assigned tasks.
