Generalist HR Partner | $120k-$130k/yr.
Job Description
Overview A growing organization is seeking an experienced Senior HR Project & Process professional to lead complex projects, improve HR operations, and support strategic initiatives. This position is ideal for an HR professional who can independently manage projects, mentor team members, analyze processes, and develop practical solutions that improve efficiency and organizational performance. Key Responsibilities Lead complex, high-impact HR projects and processes from planning through completion. Define project scope, establish milestones, manage deliverables, and monitor outcomes. Translate strategic objectives into actionable implementation plans. Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies or workflows as needed. Mentor junior HR professionals and delegate assignments based on individual strengths and capabilities. Review team deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency. Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Analyze operational data to support business recommendations and decision-making. Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions that improve efficiency. Evaluate existing SOPs and redesign processes when necessary. Develop innovative approaches to address evolving business and operational needs. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and business partners. Utilize negotiation and collaboration skills to align expectations and achieve project objectives. Maintain documentation, project plans, procedures, and performance metrics. Perform other related duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate 5+ years of recent HR professional experience with strong project management abilities required. Comfortable working independently with limited supervision. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with process improvement, SOP development, or workflow automation required. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
