Build positive workplace relationships by serving as a responsive and approachable resource for employees and managers and helping promote a culture of teamwork, respect, accountability, and service. Maintain accurate HR records and data while ensuring HR practices and processes comply with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and BCS policies. Partner with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that support BCS's mission, goals, and organizational objectives. Conduct workplace investigations with professionalism, objectivity, and discretion, helping ensure concerns are addressed fairly and appropriately while protecting both employees and BCS. Support recruitment efforts by assisting with job postings, reviewing and screening applications and resumes, communicating with candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting managers throughout the hiring process. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to help ensure new employees have a welcoming and successful introduction to BCS and departing employees experience a professional and consistent transition. Conduct exit interviews to better understand employee experiences and identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Conduct stay interviews to gather meaningful feedback from employees, identify what is working well, understand areas of concern, and help strengthen employee engagement and retention. Assist with HR policies and procedures by helping develop, update, implement, and communicate policies and responding to employee and manager questions. Support employee development and training by assisting with staff development initiatives and coordinating or overseeing required regulatory and compliance training. Contribute to HR projects and special initiatives that improve processes, strengthen employee services, and support the ongoing needs of BCS. Monitor HR metrics and trends , including turnover, voluntary and involuntary separations, time-to-hire, cost-to-hire, and other measures that help evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and identify opportunities for improvement. Perform audits of HR processes and data to promote accuracy, consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Contribute to departmental and organizational goals by actively participating in initiatives designed to improve service, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. Use employee and customer feedback to help evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of HR services.
