Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our home health care team in Arlington on a full-time basis. Responsibilities Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through Indeed and other social media sources. Administer employee orientation programs and facilitate ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance staff skills and compliance.. Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and other regulatory requirements. Coordinate benefits administration activities such as enrollment, changes, and inquiries.. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Assist with HR data collection and reporting for strategic planning purposes while maintaining accurate data entry in Axxess. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management within healthcare or home health care settings is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with Indeed (job postings, resume screening, and applicant tracking). Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA and OSHA standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
