full-time We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organiztion that is actively seeking an Onboarding Specialist. This role will focus on supporting the successful integration and retention of new employees within a manufacturing environmen and serves as a primary resource for employees during their first 90 days, helping to ensure a positive onboarding experience, identifying potential concerns early, and facilitating communication between employees and plant leadership. Key Responsibilities Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality. Conduct regular check-ins with newly hired employees throughout their first 90 days of employment. Gather feedback regarding onboarding, training, workplace experience, and overall assimilation into the organization. Evaluate retention and understanding of orientation and onboarding materials through employee discussions and follow-up activities. Develop and maintain tracking systems to document employee feedback, concerns, questions, and support requests. Coordinate with department leaders and support teams to ensure timely resolution of employee concerns and action items. Monitor trends related to employee engagement, onboarding effectiveness, and retention. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred. Experience Previous experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Training, or a related field. Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment preferred. Skills & Competencies
