Job Description

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant for their Dallas, TX/Remote location.

Responsibilities:

Configure, implement, and support UKG Pro WFM solutions with a focus on Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Absence Management.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable UKG configurations and functional solutions.

Design and maintain workforce management rules, accrual policies, attendance policies, schedules, and time validation processes.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Leave Administration, and IT teams to support workforce management initiatives.

Develop functional specifications for UKG configuration enhancements and system changes.

Coordinate unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in partnership with business users, vendors, and technical teams.

Create Dataviews and generate operational and management reports to support business requirements.

Execute SQL queries against Oracle and MS SQL databases to investigate issues and perform data analysis.

Support and troubleshoot existing UKG integrations and interfaces.

Configure, maintain, and support Kronos InTouch and InTouch DX clocks.

Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials.

Evaluate current workforce management processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and compliance.

Serve as the UKG/Kronos SME and provide guidance on best practices, system functionality, and future enhancements.

Requirements:

Experience

10+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting UKG Pro WFM/Kronos workforce management solutions.

Experience supporting large enterprise workforce management environments.
