In this pivotal role, you will drive the full cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent across various departments to meet organizational growth and strategic objectives. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for multiple roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions, utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and lead generation techniques to attract qualified candidates. Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate skills, and evaluate cultural fit to ensure alignment with organizational needs. Negotiate offers with candidates while maintaining positive relationships throughout the hiring process. Manage talent management software to track applicant flow, candidate status, and recruitment metrics for continuous improvement. Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning, succession planning, employee orientation, and employee evaluation initiatives. Skills Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, and internal recruiting across diverse roles. Skilled in candidate sourcing techniques including social media marketing (recruitment), research, cold calling, and lead generation strategies. Ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns while maintaining quality standards. Exceptional relationship management skills to foster long-term connections with candidates and internal stakeholders. #
