HR Generalist Lead (Benefits) - Human Resources 2013

Works under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager. Is the Lead Benefits HR Generalis for all employees; will be responsible for assisting with mentoring and training HR Generalist; will coordinate employee insurance and benefit programs; Will maintain correct and current employee information in Kronos; Is responsible for personnel & benefit files; provides assistance on position classifications; compiles analytical reports regarding Human Resources operations; responsible for conducting periodic file audits; will interpret human resources policies and procedures; will assist with training activities; will prepare correspondence and technical reports as required; will perform related work as assigned. Work is performed with latitude for the exercise of initiative and independent judgment.
