Job Description
SCOPE OF WORK
Achieves field and office staffing objectives by proactively sourcing, interviewing and testing candidates for employment. Manage and grow the high school Intern program, by being main Point of Contact with various ISD's.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish recruiting requirements, plans, and objectives by meeting with managers to discuss needs Meet or exceed quarterly, and yearly recruiting goals, as determined by management Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites/social media; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations and maintaining relationships in the industry. Execute various sourcing strategies to attract top talent and strategize with operational leaders on new ways to attract talent. Actively search out and attend trade and career fairs. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing and testing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements. Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules with applicants and management. Evaluates applicants based on a predetermined set of standardized criteria. Makes offer of employment and negotiates hourly rate for non-leadership roles in the company. Update and publish applicant tracking data, for operational and HR staff. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. Manage culture to ensure that all departments align with the mission, vision, and values of Intex. Plans and carries out events and team-building initiatives for employees. Work with the executive team, department managers, HR, etc. to develop and implement strategies that will keep employees happy and engaged.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma (College preferred) Bi-Lingual - read, speak, and write (Spanish and English) Prior recruiting experience Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff Proficient in technology including social media, spreadsheets, and various systems software Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Have basic mechanical aptitude, mathematical, English and Spanish language skills Must have a current driver's license Must have own reliable transportation Must be flexible to come in early and stay late as demands dictate Must be willing to work weekends as demand dictates Perform work safely and effectively Must be able to work effectively with office and field personnel Experience with the latest sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, Boolean searches, and professional / networking groups) and ability to think out of the box to develop new strategies for attracting top talent Regular, reliable attendance Be able to work well in a "team" environment Must communicate effectively and professionally, in written and verbal form Must monitor own work to ensure quality Must effectively present information to potential employees and team members.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull and reach over head. Constantly move about on the feet. Complete full day assignments. Possess good vision, normal or corrected. Possess good hearing, normal or corrected. Must be able to positively identify different colors. Must be able to sit or stand long periods Must be comfortable working in an indoors office environmentWORKING CONDITIONS
May work inside or outside while wearing required personal protective equipment at all times; possible exposure to hot and cold temperatures, weather elements, and on slippery or uneven surfaces; works in and around single and multi-story buildings with all exposures typical of a heavy construction site, including portable sanitary facilities.Benefits
