Duration:
 8 weeks (Summer Internship) 🕒 
Schedule:
 20 hours per week, 3 days per week, start date June 22, 2026 💼 
Department:
 Human Resources We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional consulting and sales environment. This internship provides exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations.

This role requires a proactive, adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic workplace and maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding SupportAssist with new hire onboarding processes, documentation, and orientation logisticsTalent AcquisitionIn conjunction with our shared services recruiting team, learn about posting job openings, screening resumes, and support candidate sourcing efforts in our ATSRecruitment CoordinationIn coordination with our shared serviced recruiting team, assist with scheduling interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist with tracking hiring activitiesCompliance ReviewSupport audits of employee files and ensure documentation aligns with HR policiesHRIS Data EntryMaintain accurate employee data and update records in HR systemsLearning & DevelopmentAssist with training coordination and development initiativesProject ManagementSupport HR projects, policy updates, process improvements, and reporting as neededQualificationsQualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:

Human ResourcesBusiness AdministrationOr a related fieldRequired SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with AI tools, specifically Microsoft CopilotStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityStrong organizational and time management skillsPreferred AttributesPositive, professional attitudeStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environmentProactive mindset with a willingness to take initiativeComfortable working in a tax consulting and sales-driven organizationAdditional InformationThere's a reason why our mantra is "Further Together" - We can achieve more if we work together!
