Description The HR Non-Driver Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing all onboarding activities for non-driver positions across the organization. This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and a seamless onboarding experience from offer acceptance through orientation and early employee integration. The specialist serves as a key contact for hiring managers and candidates and ensures consistency and efficiency in the onboarding process across corporate and field locations. Summary of Essential Job Functions Onboarding Execution Manage end-to-end onboarding for all Non-Driver hires, including background checks, pre-employment paperwork, I-9s, E-Verify, and HRIS entry. Facilitate and support new hire orientation sessions for employees. Monitor pre-employment requirements and escalate discrepancies or compliance concerns. Act as a liaison between Hiring Managers, IT, payroll, and facilities to ensure all onboarding needs are met. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company onboarding regulations. Maintain accurate and complete digital and physical personnel records. Conduct audits to ensure I-9 and onboarding documentation is in compliance. Technology & Process Improvement Maintain and update onboarding processes in the HRIS system. Assist in documenting SOPs and continuously identifying improvement opportunities. Support vendor relationships related to background screening and onboarding tools. Reporting & Metrics Track Onboarding KPIs including time-to-clear, time-to-start, and process adherence. Run and distribute regular reports to stakeholders. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of HR, onboarding, or talent operations experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Experience with HRIS systems and onboarding platforms. Strong knowledge of Onboarding compliance (I-9, E-Verify, etc.). Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills. High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
