Overview We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Duties Manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to meet organizational staffing needs. Support employee relations initiatives by addressing employee inquiries, facilitating communication between staff and management, and promoting a positive work environment. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Coordinate performance management processes, including evaluations and goal setting. Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement. Provide administrative support for various HR functions such as benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance reporting. Requirements Proven experience in human resources or related fields, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
