Under the direction of the Sr. Director Benefits & Records, the Sr HR Analyst supports strategic and operational HR initiatives through data analysis, reporting, records management, data integrity, and process improvement. This position serves as a key resource for HR data alignment, workforce reporting, compliance requirements, and stakeholder support. The analyst develops and maintains reports, collaborates with departments to identify reporting needs and supports HR projects that improve data integrity and operational effectiveness.
