Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate to support daily human resources and administrative operations within a manufacturing environment. This role provides administrative support across several HR functions, including payroll coordination, employee onboarding, recruitment support, training coordination, and personnel record management. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience handling confidential employee information. Previous HR administrative or payroll experience, particularly in a high-volume environment, is preferred. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support, including answering calls, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining electronic records. Support payroll and timekeeping activities, including maintaining employee time records, assisting with Kronos password resets, and submitting time information to staffing agencies. Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, including preparing employee badges and coordinating new hire documentation. Track and coordinate 30-, 60-, and 90-day new hire follow-ups. Maintain confidential employee files, training records, and personnel documentation. Coordinate employee meetings, training sessions, professional development activities, and workplace engagement events. Manage office supplies, meeting arrangements, catering, and employee event materials within established budgets and company policies. Greet visitors, coordinate facility access, and support daily office operations. Ensure employee information and administrative records are accurate and properly maintained. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in human resources, administrative support, or payroll processing preferred. Experience supporting payroll or timekeeping for a large employee population is a plus. Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Position Highlights Competitive pay:
$25$27 per hour.
Consistent schedule:
MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM.
