Duties Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through HR systems (such as HRIS and ATS platforms), conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth employee orientation experience. Administer employee benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, benefits administration, and handling inquiries related to compensation, workers' compensation, and FMLA leave. Support performance management initiatives by coordinating employee evaluations, facilitating training & development programs, and assisting with succession planning strategies. Manage HR legal compliance by ensuring adherence to employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, affirmative action planning, and other regulatory requirements. Oversee HR data collection and analysis using Excel data analysis techniques for workforce management reports, HR metrics tracking, and strategic planning purposes. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism by mediating conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and promoting a positive work environment through effective communication skills. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing personnel administration tasks such as personnel records updates and HRIS data entry. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department experience with a comprehensive understanding of employment law in talent management. Strong knowledge of human capital management practices including talent acquisition, workforce management, benefits administration, and performance management. Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, or similar platforms; skilled in Excel data analysis and data entry for reporting purposes. Familiarity with employment & labor law compliance including FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, Workers' Compensation procedures, and HR legal compliance protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while engaging effectively with employees at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management techniques; experience with organization design and strategic planning is a plus. Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office tools efficiently for administrative tasks such as data collection and report generation.
