Staff Relationships:
This person is directly responsible to the Director of Finance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience, 2 years payroll experience and 2 years HR experience.
Required Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of local, state, and federal requirements relating to payroll issues and reports Knowledge of payroll accounting and auditing principles Effective public relations and interpersonal skills Proficiency skills in keyboarding and file maintenance Ability to adhere to all deadlines Ability to work with numbers in an accurate and rapid manner Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets, databases and do word processing Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records High levels of organization, customer service, detailed documentation procedures, communication, accountability and initiative required
Terms of Employment:
