Human Resources Specialist Location:
Lehi, UT Status:
Full-Time Hours:
Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Pay/Salary:
$50,000 Summary The Human Resources Specialist supports core HR functions including onboarding, background checks, record management, recruitment, and employee relations. This position collaborates with HR leadership and team members to ensure the department's smooth operation, compliance with company policies, and a positive employee experience. Why Work with Us? What You'll Do:
We're looking for an HR specialist to support our team across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR questions and help keep our records accurate and compliant.
What We're Looking For:
Education Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate's degree in human resources, business, or a closely related field. Three years of related experience is strongly preferred; OR any combination of education and/or experience related to the summary of duties totaling five years.
Technical Skills:
Experience using an HRIS system is strongly preferred. Strong skills with Google Suite.
Communication & Organizational Skills:
Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational instincts and ability to multitask. Ready to Apply?
