At South Ogden Post-Acute, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care. Job Description:
Provide on-site HR support to employees: Onboarding new hires and completing all appropriate paperwork: Including DACS and E-Verify Ensuring all new hires complete New Hire Orientation Assisting employees with work related injuries and workers comp claim reporting Ensuring required annual/semiannual trainings are being held and tracked Assisting with disciplinary action
Data Integrity:
Keeping a complete and accurate employee list Correcting missed punches Ensuring PTO requests are in Signing off on time clock accuracy for payroll
Insurance:
Distributing benefit booklets to eligible new hires Assist employees with enrolling through UKG Answer basic questions regarding the plans Submit to Corporate for enrollment, deduction set-up, etc. as needed Termination process

Life Insurance Requirements:
