Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within the organization. Responsibilities Assist in recruiting efforts by screening candidates and scheduling interviews Oversee training development programs for employees Assist in project management related to HR initiatives Support human resources and management with various administrative tasks Conduct data entry and maintain accurate employee records Maintain tracking and security of keys and badge access system Maintain employee files Requirements Proven experience in human resources or related field with 100+ employees Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and cloud-based tools Experience with HR management workforce applications Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively Demonstrated understanding of project management principles Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
