Specialized Experience:
Applicants must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to th of the next lower grade (GS-13) or equivalent within the federal service, which demonstres the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required. Specialized experience is defined as demonstred experience performing the following duties: Experience leading organizion-wide workforce planning efforts, including developing stregic workforce plans and advising senior leaders. Conducted complex workforce assessments and analytical studies to evalue staffing levels, competencies, and future requirements.
