We are actively seeking experienced a Part-Time On-Call Kll Interviews Specialist to conduct a study for the Venezuela Migration Qualitative and Quantitative Research (VENMQQR) program will conduct qualitative and quantitative research into Venezuelan migratory movements. The project will investigate individuals' future mobility intentions, destination preferences, duration abroad, and motivations for migration or return. It seeks to understand why Venezuelans plan to emigrate or return to their home country, where they intend to go, and the factors influencing their decisions. Key Areas of Investigation are not limited to the following: Key demographics to understand the migrant profile (age, gender, socioeconomic profile, educational background). Push and pull factors, as well as tipping points influencing the decision to migrate. Future migration intentions. Destination planning and return preferences.

Qualifications:

U.S. Citizen Master's Degree in International Affairs, Social Science, Statistics or a related field is highly desired. Seven to ten years of related experience Applicants are expected to provide a resume that clearly supports each of the requirements for this position.
