  • Senior Consultant on the team, you will:
  • Provide end-to-end support and expertise for all stages of the survey lifecycle, including planning, communications, program management, data analysis, reporting, leader briefings, and ad hoc analytic requests
  • Lead thorough analysis of survey data, update analytical scripts and methods, conduct quality control on reports and presentation materials
  • Ensure all deliverables meet agency standards before submission to senior leadership
  • Apply knowledge of Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related discipline, utilizing advanced skills in applied research, data analysis, and data visualization to deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and modernize analytic practices and produce creative solutions to enhance client survey programs and processes A successful candidate would possess these skills:
