ROLE REQUIREMENTS
: HR Degree or Certification 2+ years of previous HR Experience
CHARACTER

•displays a working knowledge and proficiency in all area tasks ServSafe Certified
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct weekly in-person interviews of applicants Conduct weekly virtual interviews of applicants Work with Executive Administrative Assistant on maintaining current job postings, sending offer letters, and on-boarding paperwork Attend job fairs & recruiting/networking events Conduct new hire orientation with Training Director Keep employee digital files up to date Keep personnel files organized, maintained and in compliance Track local, state and federal labor laws and work with Owner/Operator to ensure compliance Work with Owner/Operator on annual employee handbook and policy updates Partner with Operator on recruitment, and retention efforts Partner with Operator to develop local talent strategy.
PAY:
Starting pay $20•25/hour depending on experience Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job•it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
