TT&C One, LLC, the largest Ashley Furniture licensee in Virginia, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our retail stores, distribution operations, and corporate departments by ensuring employees receive outstanding HR support while maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies. Conducting employee investigations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Preparing corrective action documentation and partnering with leadership on employee relations matters. Administering
FMLA, ADA
accommodations, personal leaves, and other leave programs. Processing unemployment claims, employment verifications, garnishments, and legal employment documentation. Assisting with employee benefits administration, life events, disability claims, and Open Enrollment. Managing the company's exit interview program and analyzing employee feedback. Supporting recruiting initiatives, hiring events, onboarding, and candidate experience. Monitoring the HR Inbox and responding promptly to employee questions. Assisting with HR projects, policy updates, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in Human Resources with strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Comfortable handling confidential employee matters with professionalism and discretion. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Able to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A strong communicator who builds positive relationships with employees and leaders. Confident managing investigations, employee relations, and leave administration. Proficient with HRIS systems (Paycom experience is a plus). Committed to delivering outstanding internal customer service. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience. Experience with FMLA, ADA, employee relations, investigations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is a plus.
