Job Description
Job#: 3051788 The Learning & Development Senior Associate provides end-to-end support for enterprise learning, leadership development, and talent management initiatives. This role partners with program leaders to coordinate projects, create learning resources, manage communications, support learning technology platforms, analyze program data, and facilitate learning experiences. The position operates with limited supervision, managing multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality execution and continuous process improvement.
Learning & Program Support
- Provide end-to-end project and program management support for learning, leadership, and talent initiatives.
- Coordinate program plans, timelines, communications, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support enterprise talent and learning processes, ensuring smooth execution and participant experience.
- Coordinate senior leader learning sessions, development programs, assessments, and team-building activities.
Content Development & Learning Experience Support
- Design and develop learning resources, toolkits, job aids, presentations, and participant materials.
- Create presentation slides and storyboard content to support learning and leadership programs.
- Curate and maintain content within the Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
- Set up, track, and report on development activities, learning assignments, and learner participation.
Communications & Facilitation
- Develop, execute, and track communications supporting learning and talent initiatives.
- Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, meetings, and enterprise process support sessions.
- Partner with program managers, business leaders, HR partners, and vendors to coordinate successful program delivery.
- Prepare executive-ready communications, reports, and presentation materials.
Reporting, Analytics & Process Improvement
- Analyze learning and talent data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support decision-making.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership and business reviews.
- Support impact measurement activities for learning and talent programs.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, learner experience, and program effectiveness.
- Organize, maintain, and secure sensitive employee, talent, and learning-related information.---Assignment QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience supporting learning, talent management, project coordination, communications, or related functions.
- Experience with LMS, LXP, HRIS, or learning technologies preferred.
- Experience creating presentations, communications, reports, and learning resources preferred.---Knowledge & Skills
