We're looking for an outstanding Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team in Glen Allen . Whether you have years of men's health experience or are looking to develop a new specialty, we'll provide comprehensive training and ongoing physician mentorship. What You'll Do As a provider at Men's Wellness Centers, you'll care for patients throughout their health journey by: Performing comprehensive medical evaluations and physical examinations Reviewing medical histories and laboratory results Developing individualized treatment plans Managing ongoing patient care and follow-up visits Adjusting medications and treatment protocols Providing patient education and counseling Conducting telemedicine visits when appropriate Collaborating closely with physicians and experienced clinical staff Maintaining accurate electronic medical documentation Delivering an exceptional patient experience every visit Clinical Areas You'll evaluate and manage patients seeking care for: Hormone Optimization Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) Erectile Dysfunction Medical Weight Management Preventive Men's Health Healthy Aging Wellness Optimization Every treatment plan is individualized and developed using evidence-based clinical protocols. QualificationsRequired Current Virginia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain) DEA Registration (or ability to obtain before employment) Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for preventive medicine and outstanding patient care Preferred Experience in one or more of the following: Family Medicine Internal Medicine Primary Care Emergency Medicine Urgent Care Concierge Medicine Men's Health Hormone Replacement Therapy Medical Weight Management Independent Practice Authority is preferred for Nurse Practitioners but is not required.
