Full-time, Contract Summary C² Technologies seeks a DCSA Industrial-Organizational Psychologist (Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics Lead) to support strategic workforce planning, people analytics, and organizational assessment initiatives for a federal human capital organization. This position serves as the lead expert responsible for supporting workforce modeling, competency analysis, survey analytics, and executive-level workforce insights. The successful candidate will work closely with senior organizational leaders and stakeholders to translate workforce data into actionable information that supports strategic workforce decisions. Responsibilities Lead strategic workforce planning efforts, including development of annual strategic workforce planning documentation. Plan and facilitate strategic workforce planning leadership engagement sessions. Facilitate meetings with senior organizational leaders and chiefs of staff. Conduct competency assessments and workforce gap analyses. Develop workforce analytics reports and data visualizations for a People Analytics portal. Support analysis of employee surveys, including Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS), exit survey, and new hire survey data. Analyze workforce information and translate data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making. Develop briefing materials, reports, and analytic products for senior stakeholders. Support workforce modeling and organizational assessment activities. Communicate workforce trends, findings, gaps, and recommendations to organizational leadership. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related field preferred. Experience Demonstrated experience in industrial-organizational psychology or an equivalent workforce analytics discipline. Experience supporting strategic workforce planning or organizational analytics initiatives. Experience conducting competency assessments and workforce gap analyses. Experience developing workforce models, reports, and data visualizations. Strong experience facilitating discussions and meetings with senior leaders. Experience in workforce planning, organizational development, or analytics. Federal or Department of Defense human capital experience preferred. Experience with employee survey design and analysis preferred. Experience building dashboards or workforce analytics products preferred. Required Certifications & Clearance SECRET clearance required and must be maintained throughout contract performance. Tools & Systems Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Data analysis and visualization tools Workforce analytics and reporting systems Survey analysis tools Skills Strong knowledge of strategic workforce planning principles and practices. Ability to conduct workforce modeling and organizational assessments. Strong competency analysis and workforce gap assessment skills. Ability to interpret workforce data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong data visualization and reporting capabilities. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with senior organizational leaders and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop executive-level briefings and analytical products. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. $90,000 - $130,000 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.Benefits:
