The HR Analyst is responsible for compiling, structuring, and analyzing human resources data to help streamline processes and make data-driven decisions. They play a crucial role in supporting HR operations through technological tools and data analysis.Main Tasks:
Collect data from systems and internal parties Analyze reports and provide recommendations Create process maps Prepare clear, readable reports of findings and present recommendations to HR leaders Support ad-hoc projects for both internal and external parties Assist HR employees with aspects of employee compensation, benefits, or training based on data analysis. Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas requiring SOPs and develop comprehensive proposals with detailed information. Identify automation or improvement opportunities Identify and implement technology utilizationRequirements:
A student of Human Resources, Business Management, or Data Analytics At least a year and a half study balance Available to work on-site 20 hours per week in our Virginia Beach HQ Systems oriented Analytical skills Advanced levelExcel Skills Function:
