Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience sourcing candidates

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience sourcing Product and/or Business Analyst candidates
• 2+ years of experience recruiting for tech-focused companies
• 2+ years of experience using Workday in a recruiting function
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent

Job Summary:

Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent, building diverse candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to meet hiring needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proactively sourcing and managing candidates for the Global Payments Network Recruiting team. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing Capital One's talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, and collaborating with team members to advance candidates in the recruiting process.
• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
• Work cross-functionally across a team of high-performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion
• Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and sourcing results to leadership and HR partners
• Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market
