Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join a manufacturing team in an onsite contract-to-permanent role. This position is well suited for an HR team member who brings strong recruiting experience and is ready to broaden their exposure across employee support, onboarding, HR operations, and workplace compliance. The role offers the opportunity to contribute immediately to talent acquisition while growing into a wider range of generalist responsibilities in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruitment activities from candidate sourcing through interview coordination and follow-up, with an initial emphasis on hiring support.
  • Maintain and organize sensitive employee documentation, including efforts to convert and manage records in digital formats.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and provide timely, effective support on day-to-day HR matters.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and ensure administrative steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to employee relations activities by helping address workplace concerns and supporting positive employee experiences.
  • Participate in safety-related activities, including meetings and facility check-ins, to reinforce workplace standards.
  • Partner with other HR team members to manage shared priorities and gradually assume additional generalist duties over time.
  • Support HR projects and operational tasks as business needs evolve.
