Duties Develop and execute talent and employee management strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and evaluation processes Manage compliance with employment and labor laws such as
FMLA, OSHA
regulations, workers' compensation policies, and HR legal standards to mitigate risks Oversee benefits administration and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry to ensure accurate personnel records Facilitate employee relations by managing conflict resolution, conducting training & development sessions, and supporting employee engagement efforts Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information while maintaining transparent communication across departments Support HR sourcing efforts through recruiting activities to attract qualified candidates Skills Extensive experience in human resources management including talent management, benefits administration, and personnel administration Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and HR legal compliance practices Demonstrated ability in project management with a focus on organization design, strategic planning, and workforce management initiatives Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, training delivery, and conflict management Proven expertise in recruiting strategies Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while supporting a diverse workforce through affirmative action planning and diversity initiatives Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise will directly influence our company's success by cultivating a compliant, motivated workforce.
