Senior Human Resources Generalist
Cleveland, WI This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants full ownership of the hiring process, variety in their work and the opportunity lead talent attraction and engagement while getting involved in broader HR initiatives. Talent Acquisition, Retention & Onboarding (60%) Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, for roles including, operational and management, faculty and student employees.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure equitable hiring decisions
Source, screen, interview, and extend offers aligned with compensation guidelines
Manage and optimize the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System
Promote the College as an employer of choice through community engagement and recruiting events
Track recruiting metrics to inform recruitment strategies and budget
Deliver a consistent, welcoming onboarding experience and continuously improve the new hire journey
Compliance & General HR Support (25%) Track and maintain faculty credentialing and health requirements throughout the employee lifecycle
Support employment law compliance (FLSA, ADA, EEOC, FMLA, Title VII)
Assist with audits, documentation, and HR process improvements
Support Affirmative Action and Civil Rights Compliance efforts
Engagement & Recognition (20%) Plan and execute campus-wide employee engagement and recognition events such as annual celebrations, quarterly and bi-monthly recognition events
Partner with managers to support employee engagement, satisfaction and retention initiatives
Analyze engagement data and workforce trends to recommend improvements
Actively engage with internal and external committees, groups, and organizations
Benefits & Employee Education (5%) Provide high-level benefits support and serve as a resource for general benefits-related questions
Assist with new employee orientation and open enrollment communications
