: Responsible for providing a variety of clerical, promotional, and support services for Student Life, StudentSHARE, and the President's Office. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
(Other duties may be assigned) : (100%) StudentSHARE Support Assist in Student Life operations, event support and office area organization. Support day-to-day StudentSHARE operations, including organizing donations, stocking and maintaining shelves, monitoring inventory, and maintaining an organized and welcoming space for students. Receive and organize donated items and assist with donor acknowledgement, including preparing thank-you correspondence. Assist with events college-wide and for the President's Office events, projects, and administrative support as assigned.. Create and update promotional material, PowerPoint slides, signage, displays and other communication. Prepare, create, update documents, correspondence and other various administrative projects. Assist students with basic computer support; demonstrate use of Blackboard, Office 365, Navigate and MyLakeshore. Provide customer service and general assistance to students, employees, donors, and visitors. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be currently enrolled in a program at Lakeshore College pursuing a minimum of six credits per semester.CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURE, REGISTRATION

KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of Lakeshore's mission, vision, and strategic direction. SKILLS Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Effective interpersonal skills and customer service skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.ABILITIES

: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. : Employment conditional on completion of a Background Information Disclosure (BID) with the results acceptable to the College. Students success always comes first and it is expected that the student maintains average grades while employed. Failure to do so may result in their student help position being discontinued. Students must be active and enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits per semester and/or enrolled in an academic program.
