Why Join Wisconsin Converting? As our Human Resources Manager, you'll serve as the primary HR leader for the organization, working closely with company leadership and employees at every level. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day Human Resources functions, including payroll, benefits administration, personnel records, and HRIS management. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR policies and procedures. Partner with leadership to develop employee engagement, retention, training, and performance initiatives. Administer leave programs, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and other employment-related programs. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experiences as the company continues to grow. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Two or more years of progressive Human Resources experience. Manufacturing experience preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR best practices. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
