Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human capital management, employee relations, and compliance management. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory standards. The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a vital link between management and employees, fostering a positive work environment and supporting HR initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using ATS systems such as Kenexa BrassRing, Taleo, or SuccessFactors. Oversee employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to promote professional growth and performance management. Administer employee benefits programs, including FMLA, workers' compensation, and other leave policies while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law. Support change management initiatives and assist in organizational design projects to optimize workforce structure. Handle personnel administration tasks such as payroll processing using systems like UltiPro or Oracle HCM and maintaining accurate HRIS data. Facilitate training & development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and leadership capabilities. Ensure regulatory compliance management by staying current with OSHA standards, employment law, HR legal compliance, and affirmative action planning. Manage employee relations issues through effective conflict management and communication skills. Support HR sourcing efforts to attract top talent through strategic recruiting practices. Conduct data collection and Excel data analysis for HR metrics reporting and decision-making purposes. Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining strict adherence to privacy policies. Qualifications Bilingual - English and Spanish. Proven experience in HR department functions with comprehensive knowledge of human resources management practices. Familiarity with HR and Payroll as Paychex Flex, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, or Dayforce is preferred. Strong understanding of employment law in talent management and personnel administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting purposes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in benefits administration, payroll processing, and HR legal compliance is highly desirable. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and ethically. Relevant certifications or degrees in Human Resources or related fields are preferred but not required. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
