As a Senior Human Resources Analyst at Uline, you'll help shape strategic workforce initiatives through advanced analytics and reporting solutions. Use your analytical and technical expertise to transform complex workforce data into clear recommendations that help guide talent and business decisions across our growing North American company. Position Responsibilities Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends, root causes and opportunities that strengthen recruiting, retention and workforce planning. Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI to deliver workforce insights. Partner with HR and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges, providing data-driven recommendations that support workforce planning. Lead analytics projects, identifying opportunities to improve reporting, HR data quality and business processes. Translate insights into clear, concise summaries and presentations for leadership that support strategic business decisions. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. A focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field preferred. 4+ years of experience analyzing workforce, HR or business data. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL. Knowledge in Python or database management is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Human Resource Information Systems preferred.
