As a Workforce Management Forecaster, you'll use data-driven insights to guide workforce planning for Customer Service teams across Uline's 15 North American locations. Position Responsibilities Develop and maintain forecasts for 1000+ Customer Service employees, ensuring teams are staffed to meet customer demand. Analyze customer demand, order volume and sales trends using weighted averages, indexing, seasonality and trend analysis to guide staffing plans. Monitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy and support operational goals. Conduct root cause analyses to identify workforce management forecasting and scheduling process improvements. Effectively communicate data trends and expected outcomes to leadership, including senior management. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of forecasting experience. Experience with workforce management scheduling software preferred. 3+ years of Excel experience with strong knowledge of formula definitions.
