As an HR Generalist 2, you will play a crucial role in supporting a large workforce, leading employee investigations, and ensuring consistent employment practices in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Your expertise will help maintain smooth HR operations while upholding company policies and employee relations during a critical 6-month contract.
Required Skills:
5-7 years of HR experience, including employee investigations Strong knowledge of work environments and collective bargaining agreements (CBA) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with legal policies regarding employment practices Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications Skill in conducting employee coaching, disciplinary procedures, and documentation Experience supporting employee onboarding and orientation
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience Prior experience with employee investigations and union workforce management
