HR & Recruiting Generalist Wisco Wise Logistics LLC - La Crosse, WI Full-time | $50,000-$55,000 per year About the Role Wisco Wise Logistics is looking for an HR & Recruiting Generalist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real experience across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, retention and people operations. You'll have real responsibility from day one, and there's room to grow as the company does. What You'll Do Recruit and source candidates, review applications and conduct initial screenings Schedule interviews and keep in touch with candidates throughout the hiring process Prepare offers and coordinate lawful pre-employment requirements Manage new-hire onboarding, orientation and related paperwork Maintain employee records and support HR/payroll systems, including ADP Track attendance and keep proper documentation Help leadership with employee relations, coaching and performance documentation Support retention and employee-engagement efforts Help improve recruiting and HR processes as we grow Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, Communications or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent education or experience will be considered. Experience in HR, recruiting, administration, leadership, customer service or people operations is helpful. Candidates with limited HR experience are welcome to apply.
